Britton A. (“Britt”) Smith is an Atlanta native but is proud to now call the Goldens Isles home. His practice focuses mainly on transactional matters, including residential and commercial real estate, tax sales and ad valorem taxation, business formation, business planning, estate planning, and probate.
Britt is a member of the America Bar Association, State Bar of Georgia, and the Glynn County Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in the State and Superior Courts of Georgia, the Georgia Court of Appeals, and the Supreme Court of Georgia.
Britt earned his Bachelor of Arts degree at Auburn University, majoring in Public Administration. He earned his juris doctor from Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law. Following law school, Britt obtained an LL.M., an additional advanced legal degree, concentrating in Transactional Law, from Emory University School of Law.
Britt lives on St. Simons Island with his wife Jessica and four sons Chapman, Henry Mills, Banks, and Reynolds. Britt is an active member of the Brunswick Kiwanis Club where he is currently the Immediate Past President.
